For the past twelve days I have been practicing the design called "Jesters Hats",
August's tutorial by Wendy Sheppard for the FreeMotion Challenge
at SewCalGal. I found this very hard to re-create on paper let alone
doing it in freemotion on fabric. But I do persist, and 60 sheets of
paper later I gave it a try on fabric. I think I got it, finally! At
least to my satisfaction. I see jesters hats, do you?

well that is a lot of paper.
I got a baby quilt layered so I will be practicing this week.
Very nice. Your Jesters Hat FMQ would look great on any quilt. Great job.

Yep I see the jester hats!! ok, I need to get out my paper too, this one scares me :)
Thank you for putting the link to the tutorial for the Jesters Hats design. Free motion quilting is much easier said than done so it is important for newcomers to be able to work off of detailed instructions. I did not see the pattern until after reading your link, it is quite visible and well done.
